On the afternoon of April 24th, 2025, Su Yongqiang, President of the Fan Sub-Association of the China General Machinery Industry Association, along with an inspection delegation composed of leaders from over 30 domestic fan industry enterprises, visited our company for guidance. Our company's core management team members, including Chairman Ying Youchun, Corporate Management Director Yang Yaojun, Technical Director Lin Gang, Chief Technical Engineer Yang Hongjun, and Sales Manager Shi Hongmei, accompanied them throughout the visit.
The inspection delegation first visited our company's fan production area, delving into the production workshops, R&D center, and product exhibition hall to gain a comprehensive understanding of the production processes, technical craftsmanship, and core product lineup of our traditional fan products. Subsequently, the delegation proceeded to inspect the new factory area, where General Manager Ying Liang accompanied them throughout and provided detailed introductions to the electric welding machine equipment, welding processes, and production and operational status of the subsidiary. He explained that the new factory area serves as a crucial production base for the company's high-end welding-related products, having established an integrated operational system encompassing "R&D - production - quality inspection - export." The delegation focused on touring the production line for welding products. The new factory area concentrates on the R&D and production of high-end welding process fans and has now developed the capacity for large-scale exports, with products primarily sold to international markets such as Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia.
At the subsequent dinner banquet, President Su Yongqiang spoke highly of our company's development achievements. He pointed out that amidst the challenging market environment, Xingyi Fan, under the leadership of Chairman Ying Youchun, has achieved counter-trend growth. In recent years, the company has successively garnered authoritative awards and certifications such as "Top Ten Influential Brands in China's Machinery Industry," "National High-Tech Enterprise," "Energy Efficiency Certification for Ventilation Equipment," and "National Specialized, Refined, and New Little Giant Enterprise." Additionally, it has passed the "National CNAS Laboratory Accreditation." Notably, despite the impact of tariff policies, its industrial fan products have still been successfully exported to multiple countries and regions. The large-scale export of welding products from the new factory area further underscores the company's competitiveness in the international market, fully validating the correctness and sustainability of Xingyi Fan's development direction.

Technical R&D Aspect: We will continuously increase investment in R&D for low-carbon energy-efficient fans and intelligent integrated ventilation systems. We plan to establish an industry-leading intelligent ventilation technology laboratory within three years and collaborate with universities and research institutions to tackle cutting-edge technological challenges, driving product iteration and upgrades as well as green technological innovation.
Market Expansion Aspect: On the basis of consolidating our existing market shares both domestically and internationally, we will focus on targeting the ventilation equipment demand markets in countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" initiative. By establishing overseas service centers and participating in the formulation of international standards, we aim to enhance our brand's international influence and strive to increase the proportion of overseas business revenue to over 35% within the next five years.
Industry Collaboration Aspect: Leveraging industry platforms such as the China Ventilation Association, we will initiate the establishment of an "Intelligent Ventilation Industry Innovation Alliance" to integrate resources across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, promote industry standardization and collaborative innovation, and contribute to building a sustainable ecosystem for the fan industry.
